Apply for 2021 Summer REU Program in Cybersecurity

Eligibility

  • Enrolled in a U.S.  college or university as undergraduate. 

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

  • Preferred GPA  3.0 or higher (based on 4.0 scale)

  • Complete all the application as described below.

Application Process

1. Finish the online application form
​You will need to have a Google account and sign into your account. Please prepare the following documents for uploading in the application process.

      i) Cover letter (up to one page): describe your interest in cybersecurity, your career goal, as well as experience in cybersecurity if any.

   

      ii) Resume: list education (post secondary), academic and research achievement (honor, awards, etc.), research experience, skills, and other special qualifications if any.

 

     iii) The transcripts from the post secondary institutions you have attended. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the application. If you are selected to join the program, the official transcripts will be needed.

2. A recommendation letter from a professor of your college is required. You can either upload in the application form, or Arrange to send it to the program director (email or mail). 
3. Review will start on Mar. 15, 2021 until all positions are filled
